looking for an internship/place to post resume for free!

Well, the topic title basically says it! I am searching for internships, as well as an online website where one can post a resume for free. Any ideas/suggestions anyone?

You can post for free on monster.com. Its a job service I posted there, but it takes a long time and you have to have the resume in document format with an extension of .doc. I have had no luck anywhere.
